FAQ

How does this blog work?

Think of us as your own personal shoppers.  We search the internet to find the best stuff out there.  Then, we organize that stuff and create Curated Gift Guides for you to browse.  Once you’ve found the perfect gift, you click the link to buy it at its reputable online store.

Aren’t you a store?

No, we’re not.   You can’t buy any item from this web site, but you can follow the links and buy from the on-line retailers each item is from.

So what are you?

We are a Gift Guide publisher. We search all the best stores on-line and make lists of what we think is the best stuff. You follow the link to the on-line store that actually sells the item you like and then you can buy it right from them.

How do you pick the gifts that you put on your lists?

Just like you, we shop on-line but,,,we probably shop MUCH more often than you do. This way we can bring you the best stuff so that you don’t have to spend the time looking for it yourself. BTW brands and retailers can’t pay us to feature their stuff so you’re only seeing the stuff we’d buy ourselves.

Do you only suggest expensive stuff?

Nope.  We know you have a budget so our gift ideas are actually realistic.  (You won’t find $100 cashmere onesies here.) We’ll give you lots of real options mixed with just a few splurge-worthy things.

How come the item’s price on this blog is different than the retailer’s price?

Good question.  At the time of publication, all prices are accurate.  However, we do link to retailers who often change their prices (sometimes daily).
